Motion by Diane E. Mandel on an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 19, 2018, and an appeal from an order of the same court, dated January 23, 2019, to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals is extended until October 25, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
