| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Clyde Easton from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 5, 2015. By order to show cause dated July 31, 2019, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should not be dismissed on the ground that the appeal was untimely.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 460.10[1][a]).
