| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to be furnished with the transcripts of a certain proceeding on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 9, 2016, to aid in the preparation of his supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with the transcript of the hearing which occurred on September 19, 2016, pursuant to People v Ventimiglia (52 NY2d 350, 359) is denied as unnecessary as the transcript of that proceeding has already been provided to the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is extended until November 25, 2019, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
