Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 14, 2019. Separate motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeal from the order and judgment with an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 29, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is denied as unnecessary as the order and judgment is appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeal from the order and judgment is extended until November 25, 2019.
