DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants for leave to file an addendum to their brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered June 7, 2018, and June 28, 2019, respectively. Cross motion by the respondent Wyckoff Heights Medical Center to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the respondents Vichai Lotongkhum and Jigar Patel to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appellants' motion is granted to the extent that on or before October 25, 2019, the appellants may serve and file a replacement brief containing the additional material annexed to the motion papers as Exhibits C and D, and the appellants' motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion and the motion by the respondents Vichai Lotongkhum and Jigar Patel are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is extended until November 25, 2019, and the respondents' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time will be granted.
