ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Application by the appellant Nature Conservancy, separate application by the appellants Robert Burke and Teri Burke, and separate application by the appellants Noel B. Donohoe and Joann Donohoe, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 21, 2010. This Court advised the parties that it was holding the applications in abeyance pending a response from the parties regarding a jurisdictional issue. The parties have not responded to this Court.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appellants have abandoned the appeals, by filing an affirmation or an affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court on or before October 16, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the applications are held in abeyance in the interim; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by regular mail.
