ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before October 29, 2019, the appellants shall file a supplemental record containing the unredacted expert's affidavit, under seal, with the Clerk of this Court, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, and that supplemental record shall remain sealed upon delivery.
