Motion by Kent Investors II, LLC, to be substituted for the respondent Kent Investors, LLC, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated March 6, 2018, and July 2, 2018, respectively, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 29, 2019, the parties shall correct the captions on the cover of the copies of the joint record and their respective briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court to reflect the substitution and file replacement digital copies of the joint record and their respective briefs which contain the corrected cover.
