| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Lincoln Holdings, LLC, to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 9, 2018, and an order of the same court dated January 3, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent Lincoln Holdings, LLC, to serve and file a brief is extended until October 11, 2019, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, in response to the brief of the respondent Lincoln Holdings, LLC, on or before October 28, 2019.
