DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 19, 2019, as a poor person. Application by the respondents to seal the record in accordance with a certain order of the Supreme Court, Queens County.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is dismissed without prejudice to making a motion for that relief; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeal is extended until December 2, 2019.
