It is Ordered that the motion by tenant-appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted. Appellant shall perfect his appeal by no later than the January 2020 Term, the filing deadline for which is November 13, 2019. In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to perfect by said term, petitioner may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
