On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that appellant's brief on this appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 27, 2018, is stricken and the appeal is held in abeyance pending the substitution for Alan Levin, Esq., as guardian.
In view of the statement in appellant's brief that Alan Levin, Esq., has been replaced as guardian for Henrietta Wilson, the appeal must be held in abeyance pending a substitution of the new guardian and appellant's brief must be served upon the new guardian and re-filed.
