| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated October 16, 2018, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), to extend the time to perfect the appeals, and for leave to prosecute the appeal on the original papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to vacate the dismissal of appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeals are granted, the dismissal of the appeals pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a) are vacated, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until November 1, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
