Motion by the respondents Dove-Tree Greenery, Inc., and PA Lupinacci to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 7, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondents Dove-Tree Greenery, Inc., and PA Lupinacci to serve and file a brief is extended until December 2, 2019, and the brief of the respondents Dove-Tree Greenery, Inc., and PA Lupinacci shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
