Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of the assignment on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (IDV Part), Westchester County, dated July 16, 2019, and for the assignment of a new attorney for the children.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the attorney for the children is directed to turn over all papers in the action to the new attorney for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
