Motion by the appellants for leave to serve and file a supplemental record and a supplemental brief concerning RPAPL 1304 on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 6, 2018, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered December 18, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before October 31, 2019, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the motion papers filed in connection with the respondent's motion for a judgment of foreclosure and sale and a supplemental brief concerning RPAPL 1304.
