Motion by the appellants to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 4, 2017, and an order and judgment of the same court entered November 27, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, located at 1460 Forest Avenue, Baldwin, New York, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
