Motion by respondents-appellants-respondents for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 25, 2019, and to permit respondents-appellants-respondents to raise the issues sought to be raised on the prior appeals from orders of that court entered December 4, 2018 and February 21, 2019, which appeals were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 8, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary.
