On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 18, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, deemed the notice of appeal from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered June 13, 2018, to be a premature notice of appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 7, 2019, is amended by adding to the first decretal paragraph thereof, after the words "containing the judgment" the words "and the appeal will be prosecuted under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-12839 and not under 2018-12840."
