Baer, Esq., as counsel to prosecute same; and respondent-appellant having moved to relieve assigned counsel, and to withdraw said appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted, the appeal is withdrawn, and assigned counsel is relieved.
