DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 1, 2017, with an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered September 25, 2018, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order are deemed also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, and on or before October 31, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment and correct the covers of the record and the briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-14016; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before October 31, 2019, the appellant shall efile the corrected record, the supplemental record, and the corrected briefs under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-14016.
