Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 27, 2017, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated March 13, 2019, to amend the opinion and order dated March 13, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court. Cross motion by the respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1(a).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
