Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to vacate the notice of sale of the subject premises on appeals from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated March 19, 2019, and an order of the same court dated April 9, 2019, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
