Motion by the respondent-appellant to stay the fact-finding hearing in the above-entitled proceedings, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2019, and May 14, 2019, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the fact-finding hearing in the above-entitled proceedings is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
