Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 20, 2018, to extend the time to serve the record and brief and, in effect, to correct the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before October 15, 2019, the appellant shall (1) file a replacement record that contains the notice of entry dated January 4, 2016, inserted as pages 37.1 and 37.2 and (2) serve the replacement record and the appellant's brief, in the form filed with the Clerk of this Court, upon the respondent's counsel, and the motion is otherwise denied.
