DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, in effect, to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 12, 2017, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered April 2, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the order are also deemed to be filed in connection with the order and judgment, and on or before October 22, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment, and the parties shall correct the covers of the record and their respective briefs that were filed with the Clerk of this Court to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-07036 and serve and file replacement digital copies of the record and briefs that contain the corrected covers.
