Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay their eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 17, 2016, and a judgment of the same court entered August 16, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellants' eviction from the subject premises, located at 555 Bieling Road, Elmont, New York, and enforcement of the judgment are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
