DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 7, 2018, to waive the motion filing fee, to extend the time to perfect the appeal, and to enlarge the record to include certain material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the right of direct appeal therefrom terminated upon entry in the above-entitled action of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 26, 2019 (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).
