Motion by the appellants to hold in abeyance appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 29, 2013, and April 3, 2013, respectively, pending determination by the Court of Appeals of an appeal entitled U.S. Bank National Association v Nelson, pending under Docket No. APL-2019-00145.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellants shall advise this Court after the appeal entitled U.S. Bank National Association v Nelson is determined by the Court of Appeals.
