Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from a judgment, and orders of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered February 1, 2019 (docket No. CA 19-01711), and February 4, 2019 (docket No. CA 19-01712), and for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the same Court entered March 26, 2019 (docket No. CA 19-01713),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks to vacate dismissal of the appeals taken from the judgment entered February 1, 2019, and the order entered February 4, 2019, on the condition that the appeals are perfected on or before November 29, 2019, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered March 26, 2019, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to November 29, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
