Application by Jeffrey Bloechle, as administrator of the estate of Harry Bloechle, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 19, 2016, in effect, to be substituted for Evelyn Bloechle, as administrator of the estate of Harry Bloechle, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Jeffrey Bloechle, as administrator of the estate of Harry Bloechle, is substituted for Evelyn Bloechle, as administrator for the estate of Harry Bloechle, and the caption is amended accordingly.
