| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 27, 2018, to consolidate the appeal from the judgment with an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 4, 2019, to deem the appellant's appendix and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order also to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment. Separate motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment on or before October 24, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until November 25, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
