Application by Salome Sachaleli, as administrator of the estate of Gela Sachaleli, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 16, 2015, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Gela Sachaleli, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Salome Sachaleli, as administrator of the estate of Gela Sachaleli, is substituted for the deceased appellant Gela Sachaleli, and the caption is amended accordingly.
