It is Ordered that the motion of the petitioner-appellant seeking a stay of all proceedings in Housing Court pending the appeal of the August 5, 2019 decision and order of the Housing Court (Ramseur, J.) is granted. Petitioner-appellant shall perfect its appeal on or before the January 2020 term, the filing deadline for which is November 13, 2019. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before December 4, 2019; reply briefs, if any, are to be filed on or before December 12,2019.
