Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 12, 2019, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Cross motion by the respondents, inter alia, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action until 180 days after the determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
