Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 12, 2018, and May 9, 2019, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered October 29, 2018, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated September 12, 2018, and to calendar the appeals together. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated September 12, 2018, and the judgment are granted, and the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated September 12, 2018, and the judgment is extended until November 21, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time will be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to calendar the appeals together are granted and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
