ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 1, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered March 9, 2018, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Kings County" and substituting therefor the words "County Court, Dutchess County."
