| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to vacate the foreclosure sale of the subject premises in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 18, 2019, to stay the transfer of the title of the subject premises, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied as premature; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
