DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Demetrios Neofytides, Appellant.

Motion by respondent, in effect, for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered February 24, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the time to serve and file a respondent's brief is enlarged to 30 days after the Criminal Court determines respondent's motion to resettle the record; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may and serve and file a reply brief within 14 days after the service of the respondent's brief.
