Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 20, 2018.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated October 3, 2019, is amended by deleting from the "Title" entry thereof concerning the above-entitled matter the name "Aamir" and substituting therefor the name "Haq" and by deleting from the "Extended Deadline" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the date "November 6, 2019," and substituting therefor the date "November 12, 2019."
