Motion by Yevgeniya Lyakhovetskaya for leave to reargue the plaintiff's prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated October 12, 2018, which determined an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 7, 2017, and for clarification of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 16, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
