Appeal by Damaryst Johnson from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (IDV Part), dated September 4, 2018. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification Maurice Dean Williams, dated October 4, 2019, it is
