Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 29, 2019, and two orders of the same court both entered April 10, 2018, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2019, as amended July 16, 2019, as granted a stay conditioned upon the perfection of the appeals on or before August 16, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2019, as amended July 16, 2019, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "August 16, 2019," and substituting therefor the date "November 12, 2019."
