Motion by the attorney for the child to extend the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated November 26, 2018, and December 21, 2018, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the attorney for the child's time to serve and file a brief on the appeals is extended until November 1, 2019, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
