Appeal by Tiana S., and separate appeal by Matthew S., from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 3, 2019.
On October 8, 2019, the Family Court notified this Court that the appellants had received the transcripts of the proceedings in the above-entitled appeals. Pursuant to § 670.3(b)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]), it is
ORDERED that within 60 days of the date of this scheduling order, the appellants shall perfect their appeals or submit an affidavit or an affirmation withdrawing their appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants are directed to provide copies of the transcripts to all of the other parties, including the attorney for the children, if any, when the appellants' brief(s) are served upon those parties; and it is further,
ORDERED that if appellants have not perfected or withdrawn their appeals within 60 days of the date of this scheduling order, the Clerk of this Court shall issue an order to all parties to show cause why that appeals should or should not be dismissed.
