ORDERED that the orders on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated June 24, 2019, and August 23, 2019, respectively, concerning the matter entitled New York Tile Wholesale Corp. v Thomas Fatato Realty Corp. are amended by deleting from the "Docket No." entry the number "2019-00848," and substituting therefor the number "2019-00847."
