Defendant-appellant having moved for further enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 5, 2018, and from the judgment, same Court, entered on or about July 9, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion deemed to include a request to vacate the dismissal of appeal (22 NYCRR 1250.10[c]), is granted, the dismissal vacated, the appeal reinstated, and the time to perfect said appeal is enlarged to the January 2020 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted.
