| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 5, 2018, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), to extend the time to perfect the appeal, and to waive certification of the appellants' appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the dismissal of the appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a) is vacated, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until November 6, 2019, and the appellants' appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
