ORDER ON CERTIFICATION Assignment of Counsel

Appeal by Tina Joi Blauman-Spindler and Andre Spindler from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 19, 2019. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Michael Kaszubski, dated October 8, 2019, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Michael H. Blauman is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(1) the respondent Michael H. Blauman is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent Michael H. Blauman is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact that respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
