Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 12, 2019, and to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is extended until November 14, 2019, and the respondents' brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
